Simone joined the team as an executive assistant at the beginning of 2017. She provides support to the managing directors, as well as helps manage the daily operations of the office. These duties include tasks such as sending out marketing materials, updating the company’s databases, and reimbursing expenses.
Before coming to work with ICR Westwicke, she worked as an administrative assistant at a private wealth management firm in Northern New Jersey for over three years.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Montclair State University in New Jersey.

Sharon Weed joined ICR Westwicke in July 2008 and manages most of the administrative aspects of the business. Sharon has over 25 years of industry experience and began her career at Alex Brown, which was at that time America’s oldest investment banking firm. From there she went on to work with a Venture Capital firm, later joined First Union Securities (now Wachovia Securities), was there for over seven years, and also owned her own business for three years.
Sharon studied at the Community College of Baltimore and also at the College of Notre Dame in Maryland.
