Rachael is an Account Director on the Healthcare Public Relations team and has spent her entire career in healthcare PR supporting clients raise brand awareness and improve communication strategies through traditional media relations, thought leadership, social media initiatives and event activations. She has extensive experience within the medical technology space, along with a passion for the industry. As an out of the box problem solver and communicator, Rachael has a proven ability to translate complex concepts into easily digestible and relatable content.
Prior to joining ICR Westwicke, Rachael was an Account Supervisor at BCW where she managed pharmaceutical and med tech accounts with PR activities ranging from data milestones communications, unbranded campaigns, internal communications, event activations and more.
Rachael holds a BA in Strategic Communications with a double minor in Biology and Public Health from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
Kyle Evans is an Account Director at ICR Westwicke with more than seven years of public relations experience. Kyle has a broad range of healthcare PR experience, conducting media relations and providing strategic counsel for clients in durable and disposable medical equipment, life sciences, pharma, oncology, 3D bioprinting, life and health insurance, and additional sectors within healthcare.
Much of Kyle’s public relations experience is in managing accounts from top to bottom, including developing and executing media strategy, cultivating relationships with key industry press members on clients’ behalves, developing bylined or contributed articles to be published under clients’ names in media outlets key to their business objectives, and serving as a day-to-day client contact. Kyle is adept at helping clients understand what their news could be, as well as identifying industry trends that clients can comment on to fill gaps in their corporate news cycles.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Monmouth University.
She’s led successful media relations campaigns with placements in top tier, business, lifestyle, healthcare, and technology publications such as USA Today, CNBC, Business Insider, WIRED, Good Housekeeping, The New York Times, and Crain’s New York.
Prior to joining ICR Westwicke, Alexis worked at Matter Communications where she managed media relations programs and day-to-day account activities for B2B companies. She also worked at Next Step Communications, where she spearheaded successful national media programs for clients in healthcare, pharmacy, medical devices, and technology, and at Boston television/radio station WGBH, where she helped develop and execute PR and marketing campaigns.
Alexis earned a Master of Science degree in Public Relations from Boston University with a minor in Communication Research.
