David is a Managing Director responsible for connecting new and existing clients to the vast community of healthcare-focused investors whose funding is critical to the development of science.

Driven to help companies find the capital they need to bring new drugs, technology and diagnostics to patients, David has partnered with industry leading scientific founders and management teams in every development stage.  He has advised Boards and C-suites on countless private and public rounds of financing and will continue advising clients through capital markets transactions at ICR Westwicke.

Prior to joining ICR Westwicke, David spent 15 years at Locust Walk, Deutsche Bank and Brooks, Houghton & Co. where he was responsible for origination and execution of investment banking advisory business. He provided clients of those firms expertise in Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets, predominantly in the Life Science space. He has helped raise over $20 billion in equity capital for clients with a focus on biopharma, medical device, tools and diagnostics. He began his career at JPMorgan working in Sales and Trading.

David is a registered representative with FINRA, holding his Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.

David lives with his wife and two children outside of New York City. He serves on the Executive Committee for the Friends of Dartmouth Lacrosse. He enjoys the beach, golf and cheering for the New York Jets, Mets and Islanders who have rarely rewarded his fandom.
