Marisa Frackman

Marisa joined ICR Westwicke in May 2019 as Managing Director on the Capital Markets Advisory team. In her previous investment banking roles, she provided capital markets advice and executed transactions for a broad array of healthcare corporate issuers. This experience enables Marisa to help ICR Westwicke clients successfully navigate the capital raising process.


Marisa Frackman

Marisa has 15 years of experience in healthcare investment banking and capital markets. Most recently, she served as Director on the Equity Capital Markets team at Wells Fargo Securities, where she was responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of equity financing transactions for clients across the healthcare sector. In this capacity, she played a key role in growing the firm’s healthcare equity franchise. Her expertise includes initial public offerings, publicly and confidentially marketed follow-on offerings, secondary offerings, block trades and pre-IPO financings. She has assisted companies in raising primary growth capital as well as facilitated liquidity for financial sponsor and venture capital clients. She has extensive experience working with companies in the biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical, medical technology, healthcare services and healthcare IT sectors. Marisa has worked on active bookrun transactions ranging in size from $20 million to $5 billion, spanning financings for microcap companies to some of the largest healthcare equity offerings on record, including acquisition-related financings for Allergan/Actavis, Becton Dickinson, and Centene.

Marisa started her Wall Street career as a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Deutsche Bank in New York, where she gained experience in both strategic and financing transactions for public and private companies.

During her years as an investment banker, Marisa executed more than 250 equity offerings which raised more than $90 billion in aggregate.

Marisa graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a major in finance and a minor in English. She holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and three children.
